Job Description:

Hexafly is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Officer to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires a high level of independence and resilience, as you will be dealing with a wide range of customer inquiries and must be able to handle them with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Providing product information and guidance to customers
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience
- Conducting analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Assisting in the training and development of new team members
- Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Experience in people management
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
