Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join the EMEA Recruitment team at Procore. Your role involves crucial involvement in scaling up our EMEA business, particularly focusing on strengthening our EMEA hub located in Dublin, which is essential for the success of one of our fastest-growing regions.

As an EMEA Senior Recruiter, you'll collaborate with the EMEA Recruitment Manager to devise a pan-European recruitment strategy for our Go-To-Market and Business positions.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their recruitment career by combining strategy with fast-paced recruitment within a well-established (yet rapidly expanding) public Saas company. This role reports to the Manager of EMEA Recruitment and is based in our Dublin office. We are seeking immediate availability.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the recruitment for roles like SDR/Sales/Customer Success across Dublin, Dubai, and London
  • Act as a strategic advisor to our hiring managers, collaborating with the broader talent team to create go-to-market strategies for attracting new talent
  • Establish a high standard for talent acquisition, exploring fresh approaches to enhance the Procore brand in key markets
  • Master our Talent systems including Smart Recruiters, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Promote diversity and inclusion, ensuring its integral role in all our recruitment initiatives
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to deliver highly effective recruitment strategies
  • Foster and maintain robust candidate relationships to ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the hiring process

  • Demonstrated success in high-paced hiring within rapidly growing organizations
  • A strong interest in recruiting Sales and other Go-to-Market positions
  • Experience in a Saas environment
  • A builder with a background in team-building and recruitment in unstructured settings
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities
  • A growth mindset, displaying a genuine thirst for self-improvement
  • Bonus points for University Recruitment experience and UAE hiring exposure
