The Sales Strategy and Business Operations organisation is a critical function within Salesforce and within Alliances and Channels.

We set the strategic priorities of the business, provide thought leadership to accelerate business growth, drive the operational cadence of the business, and orchestrate collaboration across all business segments and functions. We deliver high quality and continued value to A&C, our partners, and core sales, as a trusted Business Partner whilst stewarding business transformation and innovation. We are looking for a highly experienced trailblazer to be a business partner in the EMEA A&C Strategy team and drive the next chapter of growth for our EMEA business and the global Outsource Service Provider Program. This person will be reporting to the head of EMEA A&C Strategy and will be working closely with the EMEA Leadership Team & Global OSP Lead. Responsibilities:

Support the running of the strategy for the EMEA A&C business & global OSP to drive exponential growth

Lead the GTM approach and drive the main planning and implementation activities across all business units

Own the operational cadence/ governance of the EMEA PAM/PSM business to ensure detailed execution against strategic priorities, including driving actions to realize growth objectives, tracking predefined business important metrics and making recommendations to address identified weaknesses or business opportunities

Ensure execution and delivery by coordinating the operational model, and working closely with all other functions (Sales, CSG, Services, Marketing)

Help identify and drive some long-term strategic initiatives and transformational projects partnering with other functions to unlock future growth opportunities, and drive business innovation and change management

The work is sustained on a vast amount of data captured by the Salesforce application and discussions with executives and key partners across functions. Results take the form of strategic recommendations and the operational cadence that drive our strong growth.

Desired Skills/Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, influencing skills, and demonstrated business transformational/change management impact.

Experience in management consulting with strong exposure to B2B/ go-to-market strategy or in sales strategy/ corporate strategy teams in fast-paced growth companies. Preferably in a technology-related industry

Outstanding problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure sophisticated problems, originate new solutions/ approaches, and develop recommendations Strong communication skills: translating business insights into actionable recommendations, with a strong ability to represent Salesforce internally and externally Strong executive presence, influencing skills, and stakeholder management ability. Collaborative style and ability/ curiosity about engaging with other parts of the organisation (corporate teams, as well as other regions)

Driven self-starter: curious, out-of-the-box, autonomous, with a proven track record of creativity and innovation

Proven people leadership skills in a digital-first and diverse, high-growth, large company (10+ years of project/people management experience)
