Job Description:

  • Lead and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives
  • Support the team in strategic sales cycles by understanding customer needs and aligning them with Rippling's value
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and closed-deals to ensure target achievement
  • Provide regular reports on team and individual results, suggesting enhancements for processes, efficiency, and productivity
  • Guide the team to surpass monthly targets
  • Engage in hiring, interviewing, training, and onboarding of new team members

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in tech sales
  • Proven success in scaling business operations across the EMEA region
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Accurate forecasting of team performance
  • Strong motivation, willingness to learn, and exceptional work ethic
  • Experience in selling HRIS/HCM software and/or security-related products
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
