We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team in Ireland. The role can be based in Dublin, remotely across Ireland, or a mix of both. Our Dublin team drives our expansion in EMEA and houses product development, sales, marketing, and customer success, operating as a startup within a larger company. We need someone to play a vital role in a close-knit team as we aim to lead the market in the UK and ensure our customers' success.
Who We Seek:We want individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to grow their business and skills. The ideal candidate should bring a consultative mindset, serve as a trusted advisor, and collaborate effectively with peers and customers.
Role Overview:- Convert qualified leads through various channels;
- Prioritize and organize leads, set appointments, and understand key metrics;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard and support customers;
- Forecast, negotiate, and close deals;
- Develop business cases.
- 3+ years of Sales and technology experience;
- SaaS experience preferred;
- Solution sales and full sales cycle understanding;
- Passion for technology and cloud-based products;
- Continuous improvement mindset.
Compensation and Benefits:

The expected salary range for this role is €45,100 to €67,700 EUR with uncapped commissions. Salary bands are designed to reflect skills and allow room for growth.
