- Championing the unique benefits that Real Energy provides to customers by constantly improving Finning Power Rental's understanding of their needs and collaborating across the business to deliver the best solutions
- Developing and executing a Sales Plan for the segment and territory that meets the agreed objectives using all available tools such as digital platforms, lapsed accounts, prospects, and portfolio history
- Regularly interacting, face to face and through calls, with each identified (potential) customer to ensure that Finning Power Rental is trusted and top of mind when our services are required
- Ensuring proposals are prepared for identified potential tenders, rentals, and projects that are operationally, technically, and commercially feasible
- Actively engaging with customers for any pending quotes, looking for opportunities to negotiate and secure the customer's signed rental agreement while completing the necessary paperwork
- Designing, implementing, and managing framework agreements for specific customers
- Gathering and providing information on the portfolio to proactively identify and respond to the customer's future needs for applications and services
- Monitoring the territory for risks and opportunities arising from customers, competitors, and other areas, and developing appropriate plans to capitalize on them
- Developing and enhancing commercial, technical, and application skills to remain a trusted advisor to customers
