Currently, we're seeking an experienced Clinic Coordinator to play a crucial role in the daily operations of the clinic

As a key member of the team, you'll collaborate closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of our clinic. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, coordinating staff schedules, driving sales initiatives, and maintaining adherence to protocols. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the beauty industry.

The clinic is dedicated to providing personalized treatment plans, utilizing top skincare brands that are already a household name with skincare enthusiasts. As the Clinic Coordinator, you'll also contribute to sales efforts, assisting in upselling and cross-selling while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

There is a competitive compensation package on offer, including base salary, commissions, and internal incentives, as well as opportunities for career growth within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations, including bookings and inquiries.
  • Manage client records and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Drive sales initiatives and support staff in maximizing revenue.
  • Oversee loyalty programs and special offers.
  • Assist in managing stock processes and orders.
  • Provide support for clinic and spa events.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and front desk presentation.
  • Provide feedback on staff performance and sales to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Beauty industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in salon management software.
  • Some experience in staff management and performance reviews.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
