Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Vending Machine Service and Sales Specialist. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for driving sales, servicing, repairing, installing, and maintaining our company's machines. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing comprehensive solutions that meet their needs while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales:

● Actively promote and sell the company's machine services to potential clients.

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

● Utilise your in-depth knowledge of our machines and services to effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions to customers.

  • Service and Repair:

● Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics of machine issues reported by clients.

● Perform timely and effective repairs on various types of machines, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

● Troubleshoot technical problems and implement appropriate solutions to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.

● Adhere to safety protocols and best practices while performing service and repair tasks.

  • Installation and Maintenance:

● Coordinate and execute the installation of machines at client sites, ensuring proper setup and configuration.

● Provide hands-on training to clients on the operation and maintenance of installed machines.

● Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure machines are operating at peak performance levels.

● Proactively identify opportunities for upgrades or enhancements to existing machine installations.

  • Training and Certification:

● Participate in training programs provided by the factory that manufactures the machines we work with, staying updated on the latest advancements and best practices.

● Obtain necessary certifications and qualifications to perform service, repair, and installation tasks safely and effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

● Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.

● Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machine repair and maintenance. We require experience on the brand that we represent (SandenVendo)

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

● Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.

● Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed for sales visits, installations, and service calls.

● Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €34,500.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
