Job Description

This role is in Sales, where we're looking for someone with avery successful track record in SaaS B2B sales, and experienceselling both software and services to a senior audience withinenterprise accounts. The individual will be responsible fortargeting and closing new business reporting directly to ourHead of Growth and working closely with our Pre-Sales,Marketing, Customer Success, Services, Product and Engineeringteams.

Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business,Technology, or related discipline
  • At least 3-5 years' experiencesuccessfully selling SaaS software and services, ideally intoenterprise accounts
  • A proven track record of accurateforecasting, meeting, and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent proposal writing andverbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • An understanding of softwareimplementation services or consultancy is an advantage.
  • Ability to maintain cooperativeworking relationships with all levels across the company
  • Strong client relationship buildingskills
  • Excellent collaboration,organisational and time management skills and the ability towork accurately and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter who plans theiractivity and works in a structured manner whilst recognisingthe importance of the team
  • Strong work ethic with ambition toprogress and overachieve
  • Passionate about technology,technically savvy and proficient in office applications
Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of salesopportunities with an associated revenue target
  • Develop and build the pipeline inline with the Sales plan and strategy
  • Identify and close commercialopportunities with the prospects in your pipeline, throughcontinued nurturing and relationship building.
  • Lead suitable tendering processesand work closely with colleagues across the team, inparticular Pre-Sales Enterprise Consultants, to prepareproposals and deliver high quality submissions to ourcustomers
  • Bring deals to a close in a timelymanner consistent with sales quota achievement ensuring alldetails are captured in our CRM
  • Report regularly on activity andportfolio status via pre-defined reporting mechanisms
  • Pro-actively source and evaluatenew sales opportunities by leveraging your network andthinking creatively
  • Take a consultative approach to therole by listening to our potential customers and exploring howTestReach can help them to solve their business challenges
  • Attend and, where required, presentat various sales and marketing events
  • Provide market feedback andinsights from prospects and customers to relevant areas withinTestReach
  • As we scale our team, bring energyand drive to the role to help us achieve our growth ambitions

Job Description

Working with key members of our sales team, you will beresponsible for presenting our products and services topotential clients, identifying specific customer requirements,answering product and services-related questions, andrecommending ways to promote and sell the products to align withthe customers business.

We are looking for a tech savvy, smart and driven professionalto be a key contributor to complex sales processes, workingclosely with our prospects to ensure that our best-in-classplatform is successfully sold.

Experience
  • Experience in Pre-Sales / BusinessDevelopment role, ideally within an Enterprise Softwareenvironment
  • Experience with tender processesincluding complex Requests for Information or Proposal(RFI/RFP)
  • Familiarity with Sales supporttools and end-to-end pre-sales process management
  • A solid technical background withunderstanding and/or hands-on experience in softwaredevelopment or delivery
Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Sales team inresponding to enquiries about the TestReach application andfeatures.
  • Answering technical queries orliaising with other areas of the business to answer thesequeries as appropriate
  • Supporting the sales team inwriting proposals and responding to tenders, taking the leadin the technical elements of our response
  • Crafting the narrative approach toproduct demo's, set-up, and delivery of the demo's
  • Analysing prospect requirements andmapping to TestReach workflows and features
  • Maintaining the sales productdatabase
  • Providing a sales-to-serviceshandover for complex projects
  • Providing feedback to ProductManagement on areas of demand
