Department: Administration
Prosperous Financial Planning, a prominent financial services firm, is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team.
We are looking for candidates who value delivering excellent customer service, possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to multitask effectively. They understand the essential role of maintaining smooth business operations.
Duties:
- Serving as the first point of contact for incoming calls or clients visiting the office
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Ensuring the office remains organized and tidy
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails efficiently and professionally
- Managing the office diary
- Keeping records of client inquiries up to date
- Recording client communication accurately on our CRM system
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Supporting the management team with various clerical and administrative tasks
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks
Required:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Capacity to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively; adaptable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
