About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Inclusion & People Officer the VP Human Resources will:

Provide the overall leadership of people-based decisions, across the employee lifecycle, impacting BBF's business strategy; providing holistic advice based on timely HR management information, professional knowledge, and employment risk exposure.
Provide insights and guidance based on your knowledge of Irish and UK employment legislation in decision making within this global, matrixed organization.
Share and enable meaningful contributions in regular collaboration with the global HR Leadership team.

This role will be based at the Dublin studio, an ability to work at the Dublin studio for at least two days per week will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Consulting and advising on all people-based business decisions with senior leaders and providing individual management support and coaching to the SMT and other managers on professional and personnel issues.
Building, managing, and developing a comprehensive HR team in support of BBF's HR business strategy.
Leading the development and maintenance of a clear, transparent, and comprehensive benefit system that attracts and retains high caliber staff.
Managing the HR information system (MILO) to enable accurate and up-to-date management information on all people data and action-based reporting.
Leading talent acquisition through managing the Irish and UK recruitment and selection processes for all staff identifying innovative solutions in order to attract talent from a global population.
Lead the onboarding, performance management system and review process to create a culture of employee feedback driving continuous improvement and development.
Providing leadership and influence within Global HR projects and initiatives.

Key Requirements

Key Requirements Highly experienced HR leader with 10+ years' operating at a senior management / leadership level of a multi-functional HR team.
3rd level qualification in HR or a business-related field. Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (or equivalent) qualification (desirable)
Substantial and broad background in multidisciplined HR (Recruitment/L&D/Operational/ER) in an established corporate environment with demonstrable experience in providing training and mentoring.
Experienced in working in a global, multi-cultural, creative, and agile environment and has proven ability to lead a team through matrix reporting structures.
Applied knowledge of Irish employment law.
Strong employment relations and conflict resolution techniques.
Strong budgeting and financial literacy.
Strong understanding of business reporting & presenting information.
Knowledge of organizational change management strategies
Experience working within a publicly traded organization is an advantage.
