An opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join ourteam

The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support in project administration, including overseeing reporting tasks and coordinating on-site activities. This entails managing documentation, facilitating communication between stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring seamless execution of on-site operations.

Location: Leixlip / Ballycoolin / Santry

Working: Hybrid

What You Will Be Doing:

Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects. Performing regular checks on budgets, schedules, plans, and reporting on the project's status. Good understanding of project costs and finance. Liaise closely with the finance department to ensure alignment. Maintain and prepare customer invoicing. Administration support & purchase order processing for ongoing projects Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with the team to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability. Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary actions for closure. Coordinating any relevant contractor works on site required during implementation About You: Prior experience in Technical Administrator role and adeptness in busy project environments Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and Project Management tools like MS Project Solid understanding of Project Management Methodology and Processes Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and manage time efficiently Preferably knowledgeable in AutoCad Competent in leading on-site coordination and managing project administration tasks Appreciation for lean management principles and their positive impact on business development cycles What We Offer Career paths and development opportunities 20 days of annual leave and a day off for your birthday Pension scheme with up to 5% employer contribution Education support Private healthcare coverage Extensive well-being program.
