Main Responsibilities

Offer exceptional customer service to clients and intermediaries. Handle customer requests and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently. View every interaction as a chance to build trust, credibility, and support for our company. Discover ways to retain and expand customer relationships. Provide clients with accurate information and guidance to facilitate informed decisions about their financial future, earning their trust in our capabilities. Actively encourage the use of alternative and cost-effective service channels, highlighting the advantages of online tools to promote self-service and streamline processes. Ensure compliance by following the correct procedures and meeting all conformance criteria. Adhere to all regulatory obligations of the role, guaranteeing compliance and fair treatment of customers. Identify root causes of issues to prevent recurring problems.
