  • Overseeing all Service Operations and staff for the Department.
  • Establish and maintain strong relations with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve issues and escalations.
  • Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks in order to manage a high volume service department.
  • Ensure Service division is running smoothly and working in conjunction with Parts and Sales.
  • Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.

  • Excellent leadership, supervisory and mentoring skills.
  • Must possess strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Prior Auto industry experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Results driven and a desire to make a positive impact.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to listen and provide solutions to customer issues.
  • Reliable and strong work ethic.
