The L&D Administrator will play a crucial role providing essential administrative support to the team, and contributing to the development and implementation of L&D strategies and initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about learning and development, eager to make a significant impact within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Graduate Recruitment team with administrative tasks and project coordination. Assisting in the development and implementation of L&D programs and initiatives. Contributing to the continuous improvement of L&D processes and practices within the company. Collaborating closely with team members and other departments to ensure the smooth running of L&D activities.Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an L&D or HR environment. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
