Our client is hiring an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Advisor, offering a great opportunity for the right applicant to grow along with the company's expansion.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the EHS Management System on-site following laws, policies, and ISO standards.
  • Work with site management, subcontractors, and staff to promote a positive H&S culture.
  • Track EHS compliance, conduct inspections, and generate reports.
  • Develop and implement effective site EHS procedures for legal compliance.
  • Keep all EHS plans and documents up to date.
  • Collaborate with site management, offer guidance, and host SHE meetings.
  • Communicate with the client, PSDP, and design team when necessary.
  • Conduct risk assessments and method statements with the site team.
  • Maintain close contact with the client and the project team.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Should hold a degree or diploma in health and safety along with prior EHS experience.
  • Preferably have experience in electrical, civil, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Advantageous to have worked in MV/HV Power, Solar, or Wind industries.
  • IOSH membership or working towards it is a plus.
  • Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lead EHS project tasks and the delivery team.
