With a reporting line into the Goods in Manager, the DC Office Administrator will be accountable for the below.

KNOW THE ROLE

Administrative support for retail departments – pricing, receiving, printing labels, responding to bookings, scanning, document filingPartnering with the relevant stakeholders to support with business queries; Buying Team, Selfridges Team, stores and internal departments: online and retailInvestigating and follow through of accounts queries, discrepancy managementOversee compliance across paperwork for all inbound documents/brandsRaising and resolving Merchandise Problem Folder issues and preparing MPF reportAction correction transfers and RTV'sRunning and preparing end of day KPI reports for Current, Inbound, OutboundProviding training to new team membersPreparing and printing label requestsBe aware and observe all Company policies and proceduresAssist with any other duties required by Management TeamSupport Photo studio duties as requiredEstablish and maintain a good working relationship with your colleaguesSupport with Goods Inwards administrative duties as required
