Position Summary:

The Housing Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing a range of properties under the guidance of the Housing Services Manager. Responsibilities involve property viewings, allocations, lettings, rent collection, maintenance, tenant conflicts, and customer service for residents, handled in a prompt, efficient, and high-quality manner.
