Our Sales Team is committed to empowering our customers with the unique value of the Microsoft cloud. As part of our global digital-first organization, you will have the chance to assist a dedicated group of around 40 customers in reaching their business goals through top-notch digital engagement and collaborative selling with partners.

As an Account Executive, you will support Microsoft in serving our managed clients and guiding them on their Digital Transformation journey. Building strong relationships with customers, including executives at the Chief-level (CxO) and other Decision Makers, is key. You will utilize digital tools and processes efficiently, coordinating with team members to meet customer needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with Partners to find optimal solutions for customers.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or relevant sales and negotiation experience. Alternatively, equivalent experience.

  • Excellent Communicator. Skilled in negotiation, organization, presentation, financial acumen, and written and verbal communication.
  • High Performer. A driven individual who surpasses goals consistently, competes effectively against diverse competition.
  • Collaborative Team Player. Works effectively with various teams to solve customer and partner issues, leveraging best practices to deliver results.
  • Growth Mindset. Capable of overcoming challenges in rapidly growing businesses with a positive problem-solving approach.

Fluent Dutch speaking is preferred.
