Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Account Manager at Pipeline Gurus, you will have a key role in maintaining and expanding our business connections in Dublin. Your main focus will be managing current client accounts, ensuring we fulfill our commitments and spotting new growth opportunities through upselling and strategic account planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with current clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and loyalty.
  • Boost revenue by identifying and implementing upselling and cross-selling chances within the account list.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their business needs and goals, aligning our solutions accordingly.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize deals, concentrating on long-term success and customer value.
  • Work with various teams to guarantee client deliverables are completed on time and at top quality.
  • Monitor account performance against revenue targets and strategic objectives, adjusting account strategy when necessary.
  • Conduct proactive stakeholder management, both with clients and internally, to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role in a B2B sector, particularly in technology or service-focused industries.
  • Proven success in stakeholder management, maintaining solid relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Consistent track record of surpassing revenue targets through effective account management and sales tactics.
  • Thorough understanding of the sales cycle, with strong skills in closing deals for complex enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for closing deals and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of interacting with executives and decision-makers.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to expanding accounts and retaining clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools for tracking performance and customer interactions.
