The primary focus of the Inside Sales Manager position is to lead and develop our Inside Sales Function catering to key clients such as Vodafone, striving for exceptional performance through top-notch sales management, training, and reporting. The Inside Sales Manager embodies CPM's DNA, setting an example for their sales team with their passion and dedication to the role.

Having a winning attitude along with a digital mindset is crucial for excelling in this role.

The Key Responsibilities for This Role Include:

  • Lead, train, and inspire Inside Sales Teams to surpass agreed targets
  • Achieve core client and company KPIs to ensure team success and growth, focusing on sales volumes, quality, headcount management, and activity rates
  • Conduct call quality checks and live call monitoring to guarantee team members exceed client expectations and uphold company standards consistently
  • Manage the recruitment process for new team members, including interviewing, onboarding, and training
  • Provide support to other CPM clients as part of the broader Direct Sales team when needed
  • Offer insights, analysis, and feedback on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management and clients

  • Excellent communicator with strong negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all levels

  • Reliable, professional, and trustworthy in handling confidential information
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM databases
  • Telecoms experience considered an advantage but not mandatory

Essential Experience & Competencies:

  • Prior experience in Inside Sales and Sales Management
  • A passion for sales and sales leadership
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel between our Belfast & Dublin offices
  • Initiative and capability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on identifying and implementing new work methodologies
  • Commitment to ongoing personal and team growth
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • A digital mindset, utilizing technology for efficiency and collaboration, questioning norms, and expanding beyond job requirements
