Your Role

A fantastic opportunity awaits for a talented content marketing copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team at SD Worx. You will play a key role in driving our growth strategy in Ireland by collaborating closely with the Digital, Product Marketing, PR, and Marketing teams to produce consistent downloadable content such as press releases, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, brochures, emails, social media posts, infographics, and various lead generation resources. This content will fuel our lead generation efforts, catering to both traditional outbound tactics and the increasingly important inbound methodologies.

As our content executive, you will be responsible for creating and publishing a variety of downloadable content regularly to expand SD Worx's digital presence, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads. This role calls for a high level of creativity, the ability to work effectively in virtual teams, deliver top-notch content, and pay close attention to detail.

What We Look For

  • Demonstrable and substantial experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in creating online content and familiarity with various digital channels such as blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • Proven track record of building online and offline audiences
  • Proficiency in using social media to interact with audiences and distribute marketing content
  • A blend of creativity and analytical thinking, with a focus on scalability and data-driven decision-making
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and expand your role
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks collaboratively

What You Will Do

  • Develop content for field marketing and PR activities, ensuring the writing style aligns with our brand voice and specific market nuances
  • Create new resources to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and other key metrics (e.g., ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides)
  • Expand our subscriber base by offering relevant and engaging content that meets the needs and interests of prospects
  • Maintain a consistent blogging schedule to support and promote our products, attracting visitors through search engines, social media, and email campaigns
  • Produce marketing materials such as brochures, website copy, email promotions, social media ads, presentations, and product information
  • Manage social media and online communities, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with HR and Payroll professionals to enhance SD Worx's online presence
  • Engage with HR and Payroll professionals to build relationships and establish a network of guest authors for the SD Worx blog
  • Conduct interviews with SD Worx clients to create testimonials, Q&A sessions, and case studies, including collaborating with agencies on video interviews
  • Support media relations efforts by coordinating press releases, proofreading and editing content, and collaborating with PR agencies and senior stakeholders for input
  • Assist in organizing webinars with clients, prospects, industry experts, and partner firms on various topics
  • Collaborate with the Internal Communications Manager to ensure the consistency and accuracy of all internal and external communications at SD Worx
  • Identify, develop, and implement new ideas for SD Worx's ongoing content marketing strategy
