Sales Development acts as the driving force for sales and talent pipeline within the EMEA business. You will:
  • Contribute as a key team member in driving new business and implementing strategies in your region.
  • Handle a significant volume of inbound leads effectively in our CRM to qualify high-value opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Utilize strong communication skills for upselling and cross-selling opportunities before transferring to Account Executives.
  • Demonstrate creativity and adaptability in a positive work environment, exploring innovative work methods.
  • Strive to exceed targets and metrics.
  • Serve as the brand ambassador, prioritizing creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Engage in continuous learning to advance your sales career.
  • Thrive in a multicultural team catering to European, Middle Eastern, and African markets.
  • Foster a positive team environment to maintain a fun and energetic atmosphere.
You have:
  • A passion for initiating or furthering a career in consultative sales.
  • Prior sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Business background (preferably in SaaS sales or business internship) with a customer-centric and inquisitive approach.
  • A proactive 'Can Do' attitude, along with a drive to excel and succeed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and another European language is beneficial.
