Our client, located in Dublin and with multiple locations across the Island of Ireland, is focused on products and technology, managing various brands (both online and retail) in their operating market.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead and enhance the marketing functions of this nationwide company with multi-site operations in the land-based and online leisure/entertainment sectors. This role requires a hands-on, well-organized manager who employs a data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.

The main focus of this position is on enhancing the retail customer experience by overseeing the loyalty club, promotions, and CRM activities. You will have a crucial role in advancing and executing our Omnichannel customer strategy to ensure a seamless experience across both land-based and online operations.

While prior experience in the casino or iGaming industry is advantageous, it is not strictly necessary. However, it is vital to have a background in b2c marketing and demonstrate a deep understanding of customer segmentation, CRM, and promotional strategy design and implementation.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all business units.
    • Collaborate with different units to create customized marketing plans and budgets.
    • Create marketing strategies for expansion into new areas.
    • Work with Online Marketing teams to incorporate online best practices into the retail sector.
    • Collaborate with the IT department to enhance customer experience through customized development.

  • Promotions:
    • Plan and execute a dynamic marketing calendar.
    • Devise data-driven campaigns to boost customer retention and attract new customers.
    • Manage and create in-club, online, and social media ad campaigns to promote these promotions.

  • CRM and Customer Retention:
    • Improve CRM and retention strategies with multi-channel campaigns.
    • Focus on advanced customer journeys and VIP engagement to enhance customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
    • Oversee the production of marketing materials like promotional posters, SMS, and emails.
    • Establish a VIP program.

  • Analysis and Reporting:
    • Develop and track key performance indicators.
    • Utilize analytics to optimize marketing performance and collaborate on customer analysis, segmentation, and targeting.

Qualifications & Experience:
Expertise:
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership marketing role, preferably in the Casino, gaming, or iGaming sector. However, candidates with strong b2c marketing backgrounds will also be considered.
Analytical Skills:
Exceptional proficiency in Excel and BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau, with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from data.
CRM:
Experience in constructing and enhancing customer journeys using marketing automation tools is essential.
Leadership:
Proactive and self-motivated with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Communication & Organizational Skills:
Skilled in clear communication, confident leadership, and effective organization.
