Position Summary: As a part of the team, your main focus will be on building relationships and business strategies with medical customers to maximize Stratasys' commercial potential. Based in the UK or Ireland, you will establish influential partnerships with Medical OEMs, influencers, and decision-makers to drive the adoption of 3D Printing technology. Collaborating with leading medical firms and internal teams, you will develop applications that leverage Stratasys solutions to deliver positive outcomes for medical customers.

Succeeding in this role requires a self-motivated individual eager to make a difference in the medical sector. You should possess a robust medical network, sales expertise in engaging medical device companies/hospitals, and the ability to expand the market for Stratasys solutions by managing the sales and application engineering process.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions utilizing Stratasys technology within the assigned geography
  • Support reseller partners in pursuing and closing medical opportunities
  • Build and manage a pipeline exceeding sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Ensure visibility and predictability of revenue through customer planning and leading indicators

Customer Success:

  • Define and drive "Customer Success" initiatives for various use cases within Healthcare & Consumer BU
  • Identify new applications in collaboration with customers and create business cases
  • Supervise medical application engineers to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Foster customer loyalty to maximize the value of Additive Manufacturing for their businesses

Other Duties:

  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to gather customer feedback for product enhancements
  • Represent Stratasys as medical OEM solution experts at industry events
  • Stay updated on competitive solutions and communicate advantages to internal teams
  • Uphold Stratasys Core Values in all interactions and activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
  • Support medical tradeshows and events
  • Work with Marketing on sales enablement tools for the reseller network
  • Collaborate with COEs to maximize their impact

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of medical/sales/business development experience, preferably with medical OEMs
  • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving commercial success
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver quality outcomes
  • Experience in defining innovative market opportunities and supporting product launches
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in additive manufacturing sales or services
  • Knowledge of segmentation software
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems in the medical industry
  • Background in selling capital equipment to Medical OEMs
  • Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule
