Job Title: Area Commercial Sales Manager ROI

Job Description:

Armatile is expanding due to high demand and ambitious growth plans. They are seeking an Area Commercial Sales Manager for the Republic of Ireland focused on enhancing business relationships with architects, designers, and contractors in and around Dublin.

The ideal candidate will be based in the new showroom in Baldoyle and will play a vital role in both nurturing existing accounts and fostering new business opportunities. This position calls for a proactive individual with a flair for promoting unique concepts within a thriving market segment.

The desired candidate should possess prior experience collaborating with interior designers, architects, and contractors.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with current and prospective clients including designers, architects, contractors, and developers.
  • Promote Armatile's exceptional design and manufacturing offerings to clients.
  • Identify and capitalize on market prospects.
  • Conduct regular sales and technical presentations for clients.
  • Collaborate with various teams to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance strategies and techniques.
  • Meet and surpass sales targets.
  • Participate in sales presentations, networking events, and trade exhibitions.
  • Provide regular reports to the Managing Director on sales, quotations, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
  • Maintain databases related to projects and company activities.
  • Adhere to reporting deadlines.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in the specification market for construction-related products or services.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a creative team.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and creativity in customer and colleague interactions.
  • Display entrepreneurial skills and sales acumen.
  • Flexibility in working hours and locations.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Background in design or relevant experience.
