We are currently working with an award winning Digital Marketing Agency who are currently looking for a Project Management Analyst - who is a super user of

Role and Responsibilities:

Serving as the CRM Specialist & working with a Data Analyst for a large project

Ensure the project management system ) provides an effective and efficient funnel to track, service and monitor project participant activity and progress

Compiling and populating Performance reports and distributing to the Senior Team.

Identifying and investigating trends, patterns, anomalies, spikes and other occurrences in data sets that will help drive intelligent planning and decisions.

Collaborating with the wider team and business partners to build innovative reporting and insight solutions using existing and external tools.

Managing quality and consistency of data, train users, generate reports and input data to support the project

Using reporting and BI tools to highlight risks and opportunities for the project

Create reports for colleagues to help them make more effective decisions.

Carrying out Project evaluation with key stakeholders using survey tools

Analysing feedback from project evaluation and feed recommendations and improvements back to project team

Maintaining excellent communication with all channel leads and ensuring they are well informed regarding key performance indicator trends

About you:

2-4 years of experience in a project analyst role (ideal backgrounds include: a similar business analyst role in hospitality, marketing agency, web company, data-base management, project management system administrator, CRM administrator, or other data strategy type positions)

Advanced experience with

Bachelor's Degree in business administration or similar field

Ability to work with large datasets and summarize findings in a clear format

Combine creative and pragmatic use of insight and data with attention to detail

Strong mathematical skills to analyze reports including conversion rates, business won and lost and return on investment formulas

Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and ability to quickly learn industry related windows software

Experience with statistical packages such as Power BI, SAS, R, SPSS, etc. a plus

Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM system management experience required

Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
