We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Hospitality team.

As an Account Manager, you'll revolutionize how the hospitality sector manages customer renewals and provides ongoing assistance to clients. From the initial sale to renewal, you'll engage with clients, grasp their feedback and needs, and guide them through renewals. Taking help from the sales operations team, you'll proactively manage a growing client portfolio, ensuring renewal success, enhancing product engagement, and minimizing churn. In this role, you will:

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with allocated client accounts and contribute to onboarding newly acquired clients.
  • Act as the key contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Execute renewals, update relevant agreements, and ensure prompt client billing. Aid Accounts Receivable in following up with overdue accounts in line with policies.
  • Comprehend clients' main goals for the product, provide feedback and necessary materials (if applicable) to assist in achieving those goals.
  • Compile client feedback, goals, and other pertinent information for use by colleagues in the Hospitality Account Management team and across the wider organization to help shape product and service enhancements in the hospitality sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., hospitality sales, sales enablement, content) to address and facilitate client requests.
  • Implement up-sell or cross-sell options as directed by the company, striving to achieve targets.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues to uphold high retention levels.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and market developments to support yourself and the wider Hospitality Account Management team in your endeavors.
  • Utilize pertinent sales tools, including CRM, to ensure accurate data, pipelines, renewal, and financial information.
  • Undertake other assigned duties

You are ideally suited if you have:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Exceptional English and French communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound organizational skills, result-oriented approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • A proactive and imaginative mindset
  • Ability to excel independently and cooperatively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to operate across different time zones
  • Experience with CRM and other sales tools

Bonus points if you:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in an extra language, such as Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Dutch, or an Asian language
  • Keen interest in published media, hospitality, and the travel industry

This position is situated in our Dublin office. Applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland and open to relocating.

In addition to your base salary, this role provides bonus potential tied to achieving KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
