About Fly4

Fly4 is a startup to be launched by the two established operators TUI and Enter Air, with resources for exciting opportunities and a flight network that will develop rapidly.

You will be employed by AAP Aviation to fly for Fly4. Crew is based in UK, flying B737 on ACMI operations for such customers as TUI, Enter Air and others. Due to the nature of ACMI operations, flexibility is required. Bases in Birmingham and East Midlands.

  • Valid EASA or UK Cabin Crew Attestation (and flown for a minimum of 1 year in the last 5 years).UK attestation will need to be converted into EASA during training.
  • Valid EASA or UK medical.UK medical will need to be converted into EASA during training.
  • Previous experience in role as Senior Cabin Crew member, incl. evidence of EASA Approved Senior Cabin Crew training, is considered an advantage.
  • Height between 160 cm and 190 cm (arm reach of 2 meters), and must be able to meet the physical requirements to perform safety related duties.
  • Completed education to a minimum level of High School or comparable level.
  • Previous experience preferably from the service industryor health care is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Good physical health, as well as good eyesight (+/- 0,7 with or without corrections).
  • Can be health approved for certification including drug and alcohol testing.
  • Able to comply with uniform regulations.
  • Valid EU/UK Passport, with the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and which allows unrestricted travel worldwide.
  • To be able to meet at the airport within 60 minutes call-out time.
  • You must be able to present clean criminal record and willing to undergo a personal 5-year background check at the time of employment.

  • Relevant candidates will be invited to a full day assessment center that includes company presentation and information, group assessments, and individual competency-based interview.
  • After the assessment center, successful candidates will be invited to a final interview which will be conducted online.

As part of the recruitment process, candidates need to provide previous job references, relevant passports/licenses, documentation for a 5-year background check, and clean criminal record. Candidates that are successful from the recruitment process must also be prepared to undergo drug and alcohol tests and health checks that are required for the position.
