We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Hospitality team. As an Account Manager, you will revolutionize how the hospitality sector manages customer renewals and provides ongoing support to clients. From the initial sale to renewal, you will engage with clients, comprehend their feedback and requirements, and assist them through the renewal process. Collaborating with the sales operations team for technical assistance when necessary, you will take ownership of a growing client portfolio, ensuring renewal success, boosting product engagement, and reducing churn. Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with assigned client accounts, and aid in the onboarding of newly acquired clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries, issues, and escalations.
  • Handle renewals, update relevant agreements, and ensure timely client billing. Assist Accounts Receivable in contacting overdue accounts following company policies.
  • Understand clients' main objectives for the product, providing feedback and materials to support their goals.
  • Aggregate client feedback, objectives, and other pertinent details for use by colleagues in the Hospitality Account Management team and throughout the organization to enhance products and services in the hospitality sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., hospitality sales, sales enablement, and content) to address and facilitate client needs.
  • Execute up-sell or cross-sell strategies as per company guidelines and targets.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and swiftly resolve any issues to ensure high retention rates.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to support your team's efforts.
  • Leverage relevant sales tools, like CRM, to maintain accurate data, pipelines, and renewal/fiscal information.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and French.
  • Strong organizational skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proactive and creative mentality.
  • Ability to excel independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across various time zones.
  • Proficiency with CRM and other sales tools.

Extra Points for:

  • Completion of a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in an additional language such as Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Dutch, or an Asian language.
  • Keen interest in published media, hospitality, and the travel industry.

This position is based in our Dublin office. Applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland and open to relocation.

Aside from your base salary, this role offers bonus potential tied to achieving KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
