Job Description:
As a Client Service Representative at Intercom, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while working remotely from Cork, IE. You will be the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This position is ideal for an individual who is driven, independent, innovative, and adaptable, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and escalate as needed
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to client satisfaction and resolution time
- Provide feedback to management on client trends and issues
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a client service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
