Customer Care Advisor - Your Role:

As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll lead our commitment to excellence by engaging with policyholders and accurately recording claim details.

Your Responsibilities :

Build relationships with insured individuals and clients Communicate with customers and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding Skillfully negotiate settlements and oversee claims Resolve complaints with empathy and proficiency Prepare meticulous claim forms and documents Manage a substantial claim portfolio Maintain detailed records of actions and conversations Safeguard and update policy and claims data

Qualifications/skills

Exhibit genuine empathy in all interactions Exceptional communication for effective connections Previous administration and phone experience Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks Navigate complaint resolution with poise
