- Targeting one of the swiftly growing customer segments, the Small, Medium, Corporate (SMC), and Digital Sales organization is set to Become Microsoft's next $100 billion-dollar business.

Qualifications
- Dutch + English fluency required
- Additional French language capability is a plus
- Demonstrated track record in sales and negotiations with consistent growth
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) with several years of sales and negotiation experience or relevant work/internship experience showing growth
- OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) WITH sales and negotiation experience or relevant work.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement - Act as a key point of contact to uphold strong relationships with customers and be their advocate within the organization/Microsoft.
- Ensure customer account continuity and track satisfaction metrics, establish satisfaction conditions from the start, and oversee the escalation process proactively.
- Account Management
- Strategize sales territory for accounts, set standards and priorities, identify how to leverage specialized resources effectively, engage with internal and external decision-makers for long-term business planning.
- Assist both existing and new clients in adopting cloud solutions through a cohesive plan focusing on additions, consumption, upsell, co-sell strategies, and renewals.
- Comprehend and expedite customer's cloud strategy.
- Maintain Product, Solution, and Industry Expertise
- Proactively develop and uphold a solid understanding of Microsoft's product offerings, solutions, and industry strategy for the assigned accounts, and grasp the business priorities; demonstrate a profound comprehension of customers' business strategies and industry trends.
- Orchestrate specialized resources to engage with customers in addressing their challenges and opportunities.
- Utilize additional resources such as partners to offer suitable solutions to customers on their transformation journey.
