This is a unique opportunity to join a well established, Irish organisation that offers great flexibility and a second to none company culture.

Candidate will have a solid background in Payroll processing with exceptional interpersonal skills.

This role requires someone on site full time . It offers candidates flexibility in terms of start times and could potentially suit someone on a part time basis.

  • Process Weekly and Monthly payroll for the group ensuring completeness and accuracy of calculations.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management to include hours and overtime analysis.
  • Provide supporting documentation to the accountants for Balance sheet reconciliations for payroll taxes & pensions.
  • Filing and on time payment of Irish Revenue payroll taxes
  • Filing monthly on time Irish Employer & Employee Pension contributions.
  • Yearly filing of Irish payroll taxes where required.
  • End of year Processing for payroll and software updates.
  • Year‐end audit reconciliations and supporting documentation.
  • Accounts Receivable – following on customer payments in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years payroll processing experience
  • Self‐motivated and the ability to manage work within fixed deadlines.
  • Member of a certified payroll institute
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel
  • Team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels within the organisation
