What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with various business units to provide valuable insight on how to develop and implement the right people and organizational solutions to execute business strategy.
  • Responsible for the design and delivery of strategic people plans to facilitate business outcomes.
  • Act as a local point of business expertise for Centers of Excellence to help shape people products & services.
  • Challenge the business to ensure there is integrity in all our people decisions.
  • Question and challenge senior business leaders to get to the root cause of business issues and use it to effectively match CoE products to business issues.
  • Proactively manage talent, including identifying opportunities for talent mobility across the organization, succession planning, and external talent pipelining.
  • Promote and achieve Diversity & Inclusion goals through all people initiatives.
  • Lead by example and mentor our leaders to implement Leader Model and drive cultural transformation.
  • Ensure consistent reward and banding principles are applied throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Seek impactful workforce data & insights to make more informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop solutions that foster a high-performance culture, ultimately increasing employee engagement and performance.
  • Enhance manager capability in various areas including employee relations and absence management.

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrated success in influencing senior business stakeholders through business partnering, to adopt appropriate people strategies that enable business outcomes.
  • Business partnering to contribute to the overall people strategy across Ireland.
  • The ability to analyze data from various sources to identify the root cause of business issues and use it to effectively align CoE products with business needs.
  • A comprehensive understanding of different HR aspects, including proven experience in shaping people products and services with diversity and inclusion at their core.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing robust people and culture plans to support business transformation and engage the workforce.
  • Proven experience in leading organizational change, including best practices in organizational design and change implementation.
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively, liaising closely with colleagues in the Group HR team and across Sky and Comcast.
