The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Talent Acquisition Technology Lead to join our HR Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our recruitment technology systems, with a primary focus on the Workday system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment processes and technology and will be able to leverage their expertise to drive innovation and efficiency in our recruitment operations.

They will be responsible for the deployment of new technology and will act as a change agent on these implementations. They will oversee and manage small to large complex project of enhancement to existing technology including design, planning, problem solving and implementation. They will partner with key customers in TA to increase engagement with Workday and maximize its value within the business.

Role Responsibilities

· TA Functional Area Team Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the team. Lead and manage the team providing leadership and creating an open collaborative culture within the team.

· Project Management: Lead TA Tech projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

· Change Management & Tech Support: Lead System enhancements for your area. Configure and customize the Workday system to support our recruitment processes, including job requisitions, candidate management, and reporting

· Data Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data, develop reporting and analytics capabilities, and utilize data-driven insights to improve TA processes.

· User Support: Provide support and training to HR staff and end-users to maximize the utilization of TA technology tools.

· Compliance and Security: Ensure system Compliance and Security standards are met. Oversee implementation of security measures to protect sensitive employee data. Drive robust audit processes to ensure the technical integrity of the information in the HRIS system and comply with SOX requirements.

· Vendor Management: Manage relationships with TA & HR technology vendors, ensuring effective communication, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring. Evaluate and recommend new vendors or technologies that align with organizational needs.

· Stakeholder Management: Partner with TA & HR stakeholders and wider ICON stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and develop solutions to meet those needs. Act as an escalation point for system related problems. Work with stakeholders to build agreed and tangible business solutions.

· TA Process Improvement: Drive Process Improvement. Continuously identify opportunities to streamline TA processes through technology and automation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment technology, and make recommendations for improvements to our systems and processes

To be successful in the role, you will ideally have:

· At least 5+ years of experience in HR technology, with a strong focus on Workday Recruitment

· Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

· Experience configuring and customizing the Workday system to support recruitment processes

· Experience developing and maintaining integrations between the Workday system and other HR technology systems

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Ability to work both independently and in a team.

· Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and security.
