Role: Banking Administrator

Location: Cabinteely, Ireland

Contract | On-site | Full Time | 35 x Hours A Week

Our goal is that while you are a Cpl colleague on site with Bank of Ireland, you are set up for success no matter what your role, duration, or terms of your contract. This role will provide full 360 support to you by way of full on-site training, and on-going support to develop yourself.

Role:

  • Data entry
  • Ensuring a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy,
  • Strict adherence to compliance, operational procedures and control standards
  • Perform oversight/quality checks on outsourced activity & critical processes
  • Escalate exceptions & issues as needed
  • Identification of significant causes, red flags and patterns associated with QA of cases
  • Liaising with various stakeholders

Requirements:

  • The ability to work independently and prioritize
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data manipulation
  • Excellent attention to detail and focus on delivering quality outcome for customers
  • A motivated & driven individual

While initially these are contracts circa 12 months in duration; due to ongoing investment in front line services, opportunities to extend are available subject to individual performance and availability of roles.
