An exciting position has opened up within our PPP contracts portfolio, with site locations based throughout Ireland. We are looking for an experience FM professional to join and lead our team as the Contracts Manager overseeing 6 sites in the education sector.

Reporting to the PPP Contract Director, you will lead and deliver through the wider team of managers, technicians, and frontline staff responsible for the management of the day-to-day delivery of FM services to a PPP Contracts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with established operational leadership experience with multi-disciplined technical and operational teams.

Joining our established and passionate team in Corporate Services Operations, you will be a key figure in the overall delivery of FM operations in terms of contract delivery, M&E services, legislative compliance, and overall contractor management.

Homeworking available as part of this role to enable you to maximise your ability to focus and make best use of your time. There will be a requirement for regular travel to the 6 client sites which are based across Ireland.

Due to the client sites being educational settings you will be required to undergo and successfully pass the mandatory Garda checks for the education sector.

About You

Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:

  • Previous experience in management of FM Contracts and demonstrated ability to influence change where required.
  • Experience of leading and delivering through a multi skilled FM team based across different locations.
  • Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts.
  • Experience of P&L management on FM accounts
  • Professional client facing attitude and excellent team building / people management skills.
  • An understanding of technical aspects of FM (HVAC, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system).
  • A data led approach to performance monitoring.
  • IOSH / NEBOSH Qualifications and BIFM / CIBSE Membership (or other accredited bodies)

  • Engineering, related degree or equivalent.
  • Recognised, facilities management professional qualification
