Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.

Grade: Assistant

Contract type: Perm

A snapshot of your peer group:

  • 1/2 years experience of working in a busy Accounts environment;
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt a continuous improvement approach;
  • Experience with SAP or a large ERP system would be an advantage;
  • Well-developed analytical and numerical skills;
  • Strong IT skills and solid knowledge of MS excel;
  • Ability to work as a team player and excellent communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:

  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations;
  • Cash flow reporting and review against forecasts;
  • SAP General ledger posting and reporting;
  • Balance sheet account reconciliations;
  • Assistance with audits and with compliance reporting;
  • Assistance with Revenue reporting requirements;
  • Financial accounts preparation and review;
  • Preparation of reports as required;
  • Other Ad hoc duties.

Your team:

The role sits within the finance department which has circa 40 employees and reports to an associate director within the team.
