The Outbound Sales Team Manager will be responsible for managing a team of telesales agents by assigning responsibilities, scheduling, coaching, developing, motivating and training, ensuring the telesales team consistently meets and exceeds sales performance goals and requirements. The success of the Team Manager will be judged by the consistency of the team in achieving and overachieving on targets.

Job Description:

Working with team members to achieve client led sales and retention targets and customer satisfaction KPI's, always adhering to principles around customer service and vulnerability.
Coaching and developing the team to deliver excellent customer service
Drives employee engagement, empowering team members to act within agreed parameters.
Resolving elevated issues arising from daily activities, managing escalated problems and performing root cause analysis of any trends identified to improve the customer experience.
Hiring, training, assigning, directing, and evaluating staff.

Self motivated with the ability to think ahead
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Ability to train and develop team members to achieve stretch results in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills which can be demonstrated to relay information appropriately at all levels – to be able to avoid and deal with conflict
Flexibility and resourcefulness
