Position: Community Operations Analyst

Location: Sandyford (D18), Ireland

Working Hours: 36.5 to 40 hours per week, flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays)

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 6PM-2AM

What You'll Do:

As a Community Operations Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our client's community, providing empathetic, accurate, and timely assistance to resolve inquiries. You will:

  • Advocate for our Community: Use your knowledge of our client's products and community standards to make well-balanced decisions and become an effective advocate.
  • Investigate and Resolve Issues: Address user inquiries, support requests, and reports of potentially abusive content with high quality and speed.
  • Enforce Standards: Monitor and enforce our client's Terms of Use, ensuring a positive user experience by reviewing reported content.
  • Improve User Experience: Gather and analyze data to identify trends and inefficiencies, suggesting scalable solutions for community support.

  • Multilingual: Fluent in both English and Russian
  • Empathetic Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy and effective verbal and written communication.
