Job Position Overview:We are seeking an Administrator Hazardous Chemicals I to deliver professional administrative support for transport and site operations, specifically focusing on Steriworks and SteriTrak system maintenance at the Kylemore Road facility. This role involves overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of the SteriWorks & SteriTrack system, managing hazardous waste notes, data entry, account reconciliation, customer communication, and generating management reports. Additionally, responsibilities include general administrative tasks like phone handling, filing, team support, and other assigned duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer efficient administrative assistance for Hazardous Chemical waste operations at the transport facility.
- Maintain and update various data entry forms on a daily basis, covering KPIs, route logs, and EA quarterly returns.
- Check and balance driver paperwork, such as consignment notes and route sheets, ensuring accuracy for billing and making necessary corrections.
- Verify 3rd party customer consignment notes for billing accuracy, make adjustments as needed, and communicate with customers when required.
- Conduct month-end account reconciliation, ensuring all routes and paperwork are reviewed and balanced, and addressing unbilled container reports.
- Prepare and distribute all necessary paperwork for hazardous chemical collections.
- Address Salesforce cases by investigating issues, forwarding them to the relevant parties, and supplying requested documentation.
- Provide internal customer service by liaising with other sites, departments, and account managers to offer account and customer information.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, copying, printing, document preparation, and notice board updates.
- Execute TFS notifications as instructed by the team and coordinate TFS movements in line with Transfer Station requirements.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience and Skills:- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with team members and customers.
- Proficient in administrative tasks like typing and systems coordination.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently with multitasking capabilities.
- Good understanding of information technology, especially Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access) and Steripoint.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic professional.
- A team player who thrives under pressure and welcomes challenges.
- Prior knowledge in chemical management is a plus.
