Transaction Manager

My client a multi-national Corporate Financial Services based in South Dublin, requires a TM for their corporate team. You will manage a portfolio of clients within Corporate Finance Lending, which are based across the European region.

Your Responsibilities:

· Performing research on companies and preparing credit reports.

· Maintaining a comprehensive credit file.

· Monitoring of credit quality and undertaking annual reviews.

· Making presentations to senior management in respect of credit proposals.

· Loan documentation due diligence.

· Monitoring covenant compliance.

· Determining (and reviewing) the key contact points for clients (transactions).

Your Experience & Skills:

· Strong experience in a similar position in corporate banking.

· Degree (or Masters) in Finance/Accountancy is desirable

· Preferably 3-5 year's experience in corporate credit analysis.

· Working knowledge of internationally syndicated loans is an advantage.

· Experience in the documentation (and due diligence) process involved in transaction execution

· General working knowledge of all corporate banking products

· French, Spanish or German languages would be an advantage but not essential.
