WHAT TO EXPECT
The automotive industry is in a once in a generation revolution as it accelerates toward autonomous driving, connectivity, and electrification. We are in search of a Senior Programme Manager to join our team, focusing on the development and delivery of cutting-edge development and testing tools across vehicle engineering. As a key player in our organization, you will be instrumental in delivering a roadmap of strategic capabilities that enhance efficiency and innovation in our engineering tooling and processes

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead multiple projects concurrently, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality test tools.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions to timelines and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, milestones, and key deliverables effectively to senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
- Business Case Development: Preparing, gaining approval of, refining and updating business cases that justify the initiation and continuation of projects in terms of benefits, costs and risks.
- Business Benefit Tracking: Defining, evaluating and tracking the business benefits of projects and programmes.
- Resource Scheduling: Prepare and maintain an overall schedule for resource in related projects.
- Governance: Establish and maintain governance for the delivery of projects within a programme.
- Consolidate and document the fundamental components of the programme (scope, schedule, resource requirements, budgets, risks, opportunities and issues).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product owners, sponsors and other stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to leverage external expertise and resources to support project goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements, best practices adoption, and innovation in test platform development methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- We would love you to have proven experience in programme or project management within engineering or automotive.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is desirable.
