Job Description

The Digital Go-to-Market Employee Experience Specialist plays a crucial role in fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture within our global hub setup. This role is focused on ensuring that every employee has access to a fair and inclusive experience, regardless of where they are located or their position within the organization. The Employee Experience Specialist will partner with teams worldwide to pinpoint areas that need improvement and devise strategies to enhance the overall employee experience.

Here's what you'll be doing in this role:

  • Contribute to the global implementation of the Digital Go-to-Market's employee programs.
  • Regularly assess internal feedback from employees and leaders to ensure we are offering the best possible experience.
  • Assist in expanding a successful strategy that delivers exceptional employee programs within Digital Go-to-Market.
  • Engage with different regions to bring our key programs to our expanding employee base.
  • Collaborate extensively with Internal Communications, Brand, Workplace Services, and the HR team to execute our employee programs.
  • Work cross-functionally to coordinate, implement, and support global programs on a large scale. In EMEA, you will lead and implement the program, while outside of EMEA, you will take the lead and provide support.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience collaborating with stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of being results-driven and accountable to meet business requirements.
  • Proven ability to thrive in an uncertain environment and collaborate across various areas to achieve common business goals.
  • Effective communication skills across multiple regions and the ability to influence leadership.
  • Background in areas such as Employee Onboarding, Mentorship, Employee Awards, Internship Programs, or related fields is beneficial.
