Our Clients are currently delivering a large complex project rolling out a modern SaaS technology. This initiative will be rolled out on a global basis, so it is critical that we have the proper organisation change management knowledge and support. Suitable candidates must have experience working on Global projects.

The Role (not limited to):

- 3-5 years experience leading organisational change (comms and training) for large projects.

- Accountable for the coordination of all OCM activities (Training, Comms, Pilot business readiness and full role out)

- Ensure the project team are delivering the right messages and build comms materials

- Support the employee through training activities

- Ensure no gaps in our stakeholder engagements

- Plan the Pilot roll out and full role out of the applications to sites
