About the role:

As HR Administrator, you would be responsible for the administration required to support the HR function in Brown Bag Films studios in Ireland and the UK.

Working within a team, this role will suit a highly collaborative individual with excellent initiative and a keen talent for detail and efficiency.

Additionally, the successful candidate will gain exposure to all elements of a busy HR function - supporting HR Ops needs as well as acting as a point of contact for employees.

This is an opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Salary €28 - €32 DOE
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities The role will report to the HR Operations Manager for Ireland and the UK and will involve the below duties:
Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries from employees and line managers on areas such as benefits, employee and ex-employee correspondence requests.

Ensuring HR systems are accurate and up to date.
Acting as the primary contact and systems administrator for queries on our HR system and to assist in driving through the systems implementation.

Administrating and promoting employee benefits (Tax Saver tickets, Bike2Work, HSF, Pensions):

Liaising with external providers directly

Preparing relevant payroll information

Working closely with Finance team

Tracking usage of the benefits.

Assisting HR team with various HR reports.

Supporting and/or owning the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

Conducting HR inductions.

Forming and maintaining employee records.
Ensuring electronic and paper-based personnel files are maintained and filing/archiving is completed in a timely manner.

Working closely with L&D and Recruitment on cross- HR projects and initiatives.

Assisting HR Generalist with monthly payroll submissions.

Data entry using MS Office, Sage People.

Other administrative tasks required within the function.

Participating in both global and local HR projects as required.
Key Requirements
Key Requirements Knowledge/experience required:

A knowledge of HR databases would be a distinct advantage including systems administration.

A good understanding of Irish and UK employment law.

Strong IT literacy, with intermediate level MS Office.

Ability to analyse and separate various datasets.

We currently operate on a hybrid work model and the successful candidate must be available to be onsite in the Dublin studio two days per week.
