Marketing - Dunboyne, Co.MeathWe are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join our marketing team based at our Head Office in Piercetown, Dunboyne, Co.Meath.Responsibilities:Co-ordinate all aspects of marketing for the Company's product portfolio.Work closely with the Marketing Team and Senior Business Leaders to implement the strategic marketing plan.Develop and implement consumer sales promotions on radio and print.Manage our schedule of exhibitions and road-shows through-out the year.Work closely with Sales, Specification and Technical teams to provide promotional literature and presentation aids.Assist in the development and implementation the Company's web and e-marketing strategy.Assist in the management of social media campaigns, brochures and promotional literature.Responsible for stock management of promotional items/merchandising.Liaise and support relationships with Design, Print, Event and PR agencies.Responsible for Sponsorship Management including research, presentation, and design of sponsorship packages, as well as sponsor relationship managementAdditional Ad-hoc Duties As RequiredSkills Required:Third Level Diploma or Degree in Marketing.Minimum 3 Years' Experience In a Marketing PositionStrong marketing software skillsGraphic design skills desirable but not a requirementFirm grasp of the online space and its role in driving business.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.A keen eye for photography.Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills.Ability to always represent the Company's image professionally.What You Get:Kilsaran is an organization that believes that our people are our greatest strength, and our success is down to the dedication and enthusiasm of our team.As such, we have dedicated benefits structures to reward our team.The benefits on offer for this position are as follows:Competitive Base SalaryAnnual BonusDefined Contribution Pension SchemeVHI Healthcare ContributionLaptop, MobileTwenty-one Days Annual LeaveAdditional Benefits:Further Education/Training SupportAnnual Company Social EventsSick PayCycle to work schemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammePaid Maternity/Paternity LeaveHiring Process Upon Application:Telephone Screening2 round interview processOffer Letter to Successful candidate
