Work Location: Galway City, Office-BasedJob Type: Full TimeSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (open to discussion on flexibility)Salary: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experienceReporting to: Operations ManagerExpected Start Date: Monday, 13th October ****About Footfall Ltd:Footfall is Ireland's leading supplier and installer of entrance matting, carpet tiles, wall protection and safety flooring products throughout Ireland.Function of the Department and Main Purpose of the Job:The primary purpose of this role is to drive sales opportunities by connecting with potential and existing clients through proactive prospecting and telesales activity.A key focus is generating qualified sales appointments for the Sales Team, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.The role also involves developing positive client relationships to support ongoing business growth and contributing directly to the achievement of company sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Sales Generation & ProspectingPreparation of client call data and prospecting clients in a friendly, professional mannerCreating sales appointments for the Sales TeamDealing with sales enquiries and sales when requiredCustomer sales enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries, when requiredTaking payment from customers, when requiredSales Team Support & CoordinationMotivating the Sales Team and coordinating with Management on sales targets and plansScheduling and managing the Sales Team's diaries through SalesforceManaging all client relations through SalesforceLogging sales in Installation Diary, when requiredClient Service & CommunicationActing as the primary contact, maintaining and developing client relations, and ensuring all queries are resolved promptlyOpening, directing, and responding to sales emails that come in for Footfall LtdSupporting Administration with answering and directing phone callsProduct KnowledgeDevelop and maintain a strong level of product expertise, training will be providedKeep up to date on the technical and quality requirements of our productsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsOn-site parkingSick payApplication question(s):Are you located in and around Galway?Are you able to work in the office full time?Language:English (required)Work Location: In person
