Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (German Market) Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland Work Model: Remote (with one day per month at the office) Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: €42,000 base salary + €7,000 annual bonus (gross) We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and support growth in the German market. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced digital environment, and are motivated by results. Key Responsibilities: Educate existing and prospective customers on the value and benefits of our products. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound leads generated by marketing efforts and product engagement. Qualify leads, respond to inquiries, and guide small businesses through the sales cycle. Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and appointment-setting goals. Close deals and manage inbound leads from new and existing accounts. Collaborate with marketing, business, and product teams to identify new sales strategies and optimize lead conversion. Continuously seek to improve internal sales processes and drive revenue growth. Requirements: Native or fluent German (C1) speaker with excellent English communication skills. 1–2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment. Proven ability to close deals is a strong advantage. Strong interpersonal skills: self-motivated, organized, inquisitive, and goal-driven. Experience with pipeline management, lead qualification, and sales forecasting. Ability to manage high volumes of interactions efficiently and professionally. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
